I grew up very erotically curious from a young age, innocently exploring my pleasure and amazed by the pulses of bliss I discovered in my body.

But pleasure quickly became tangled with fear, guilt, and the rushing, tensing, bracing feeling of not wanting to “get caught.”

My body learned to associate desire with shame and my pleasure with being bad, disgusting, and wrong.

By my teens, I had become a master of self-abandonment.

I was the “cool, chill, go-with-the-flow girl” who thought my worth came from always being accommodating, never being too much, and rarely saying no.

I confused being desired with being loved.

I performed for validation, contorted myself for the male gaze, and gave my body in exchange for the fleeting illusion of closeness, belonging, and being chosen.

The word “consent” was not even in my vocabulary, and I had precisely zero concept of boundaries.

I lived from dissociation, people-pleasing, and inner collapse, unable to feel where I ended and someone else began.

So I kept finding myself in nonconsensual experiences and couldn’t understand why.

I blamed, judged, and hated myself, thinking, “Why didn’t I stop it? Why did I stay silent? What’s wrong with me? Why was I so frozen or even faking pleasure… as if I was totally cut off from my ‘no’ in the moment?”

It took me many years to learn what I was experiencing was the “fawn” trauma response: my nervous system’s unconscious, impulsive attempt to survive what it perceived as a threat.

“Fawning” was unknowingly my baseline, which meant I became a human mirror, losing any sense of self as I reflected back exactly what others wanted to see and hear.

All to make sure that I wasn’t disliked or making anyone mad at me. The thought of being rejected or abandoned felt like death, so I diminished my authenticity to maintain attachment at all costs.

This realization changed everything.

After being sexually assaulted abroad, something in me broke open.

I remember feeling, “I’m fucking done feeling helpless, frozen, and powerless.”

This declaration was not born from self-blame, but from a radical, honest, uncomfortable, self-responsible look in the mirror… acknowledging my inability to stand up for myself and “husband” my own inner feminine in all areas of life.

The courage to finally get really honest with myself became my turning point.

It was around this time that I synchronistically found myself at a sacred sexuality workshop in the jungle of Central America.

Something ancient woke up in me. It felt like a remembering, a deep knowing within me that I’d forgotten.

The pull toward this path was undeniable, as if an entire universe of possibility had suddenly opened before me.

I decided to invest in myself for the first time, even when it made no financial sense, and began studying pleasure, sexual healing, and erotic energy with that same teacher from the workshop.

I was utterly blown away by this initiation, its simplicity and subtlety, and how intuitive it all felt.

For the first time in my life, I was choosing myself and walking a path of healing, truth, and spiritual homecoming. Not by escaping or “ascending” beyond my humanity, but by courageously descending into the untold stories of my body.

I learned to touch myself not for performance or climax, but for presence, devotion, and deeper listening than I ever knew was possible.

I experienced my first sober, rippling, full-body orgasm without fantasy, a partner, or even physical stimulation… just breath, energy, and surrender.

For the first time, I began to feel safe in my own skin.

Which, considering what used to be my reality, was a fucking miracle.

After years of solo traveling around the globe, studying with world-class mentors, and navigating the most heart-wrenching “dark night of the soul” I’d ever experienced, it became increasingly clear that it was time to devote myself completely to this path.

I trained in Tantric Sex, Love, & Relationship Coaching, Somatic Sexology, Sexological Bodywork, and various energy healing modalities.

I studied the nervous system, the menstrual cycle, trauma, attachment, dearmouring, somatic therapy, archetypal embodiment, sexual development, process-oriented psychology, animism, meditation, and parts work.

I kept investing heavily in my own healing and prioritizing training with the most brilliant teachers I could find.

I started offering women's sexuality workshops in the lush jungle and bustling cities, leading multi-month online group trainings, and working with dozens of 1:1 clients in somatic sex, intimacy, and empowerment coaching.

I developed my own unique synthesis of soma, sex, and spirit - approaching female sexuality, inner transformation, and somatic healing through a deeply holistic, grounded, and integrative lens.

But what truly began to change everything wasn’t the fancy trainings or certifications.

It was the simple, slow, intimate (and sometimes resistance-filled) practice of showing up to touch my own body with presence. The practice of truly being with myself, holding my most tender parts, and giving myself permission to express all that emerged.

My commitment to this practice of erotic embodiment is where the cellular-level rewiring happened, and where safety, trust, and aliveness were restored. It was through intentional self-pleasure that I came home to my body and remembered what it means to be my own sanctuary of love, power, and turn-on.

This practice is not an overnight “fix”… but it’s the deepest medicine I’ve ever known. It’s been my anchor through it all.

And it’s exactly what I teach you inside my events, programs, and coaching.

Now, after five years of leading women’s erotic empowerment and somatic sexual healing work, hosting the Naked Heart podcast, and facilitating transformational experiences internationally, I can say with conviction:
