My lore

I’ve built my life by moving before I felt ready.

At 21, about to graduate college, I decided not to choose the predictable path.

After a lifetime of living in suburban America, I only applied for jobs outside the US.

I accepted a position in Costa Rica without yet speaking Spanish, knowing a single person there, or ever having set foot in the country.

That first one-way ticket turned into a decade of living abroad — moving continents alone, solo motorbiking across countries, navigating unfamiliar languages and cultures, building community from scratch again and again, and creating “home” within myself.

No matter the country, the loneliness, or the uncertainty, I learned to become my own loving, unconditional sanctuary.

I learned that confidence comes because you leap, not before the leap.

Years later, I launched my podcast way before I felt qualified, polished, or ready. It was bursting out of me.

I started recording while back in my childhood bedroom, publishing conversations and personal stories about sexuality, trauma, relationships, spirituality, desire, money, and power – topics that felt wildly taboo, intimate, and exposing.

It was terrifying, vulnerable, and liberating.

That little passion project eventually expanded into a celebrated platform that attracted dream guests, soulmate clients, and opportunities I couldn't have planned for.

I then started my first online business at 25 with no roadmap, proof, or guarantees.

I created my first program and generated five figures in my first-ever launch. I was definitely not fearless, shameless, or perfectly healed, but I was brave, devoted, and willing to be seen.

Underneath all of that boldness was still a familiar voice:

Who do you think you are?

No one cares.

What if they see you fail?

I intimately know the wound of unworthiness. And the urge to fawn, fit in, and spiral in fear of being rejected or misunderstood.

I know what it feels like to be deeply self-aware, and still frozen.

To have all the spiritual insight and emotional intelligence, and still feel completely stuck.

What transmuted those patterns was doing the deep somatic and identity work while taking bold action and relentlessly surrounding myself with mentors and communities who had already walked the path.

Creating, building, expressing, going for it.

Doing the scary thing, and showing myself I was still safe, loved, and alive on the other side.

Through all the moments of cringe, discomfort, crickets, grief, and “I have no fucking idea what I’m doing” – I released control, owned what I actually wanted, launched imperfectly, claimed my voice, let myself be disagreed with, and treated it all as an experiment. As play. As art.

The more I exposed my soul, the more secure I became.

The more I risked rejection, the more self-trust I built.

After serving hundreds of women through coaching, workshops, immersions, and programs around sexuality, healing, feminine power, and embodied leadership…

Sacred Audacity was born from what I’ve lived and learned.

From witnessing the cost of staying in preparation mode.

I've learned that talent and skill are not enough.

Self-awareness, insight, and knowledge are not enough.
